Last updated: May 15, 2026. By using Warden Guard you agree to these terms.
Warden Guard is a shared Minecraft ban network operated from the Netherlands. We provide ban synchronisation, alt detection, and cheat prevention services to Minecraft server operators. Contact: mexzplays@gmail.com
By accessing the Warden Guard dashboard, using the API, or installing the plugin on your server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To use Warden Guard as a server operator you must:
As a server operator using Warden Guard, you agree to:
Warden Guard reserves the right to remove any ban record that is found to be submitted in bad faith, without prior notice.
Server operators are solely responsible for the bans they submit. Warden Guard acts as a synchronisation platform — we do not independently verify the legitimacy of individual ban reports beyond staff review.
By submitting a ban, you confirm that you have reasonable grounds to believe the player violated your server rules, and that you have evidence to support the report. Warden Guard is not liable for bans submitted by server operators in error or in bad faith.
API access is subject to the rate limits and monthly call limits associated with your account. Exceeding limits may result in temporary suspension of API access. Warden Guard reserves the right to adjust rate limits at any time.
You may not use the API to scrape player data in bulk, build competing services, or automate ban submissions without manual review.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Warden Guard at any time, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, your API key will be revoked and your server will be disconnected from the network. Ban data you contributed will remain in the network as it affects other players.
Warden Guard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA). Planned or unplanned downtime may occur without prior notice.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability, including but not limited to bans not being enforced during downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warden Guard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of players, server reputation damage, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, as the service is currently free, is €0).
The Warden Guard name, logo, dashboard, API, and plugin are the intellectual property of Warden Guard. You may not copy, redistribute, or build competing services based on our software without explicit written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
