Last updated: May 5, 2026. Warden Guard is committed to protecting your data in accordance with the AVG (GDPR).
Warden Guard is a shared Minecraft ban network operated from the Netherlands. We provide fraud and cheat prevention services to Minecraft server operators. Contact: mexzplays@gmail.com
When a player joins a Minecraft server connected to our network, we process the following data:
For dashboard users (server operators) who log in via Discord, we additionally store your Discord ID, username, and avatar.
We process player data on the basis of legitimate interest (AVG art. 6(1)(f)). The processing is necessary to prevent fraud, cheating, and ban evasion across connected gaming servers. This interest is proportionate - only the minimum data needed for enforcement is stored, and IP addresses are stored only as irreversible hashes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties outside of connected servers participating in the network.
Under the AVG you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mexzplays@gmail.com with your Minecraft username and UUID. We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
IP addresses are hashed using HMAC-SHA256 with a server-side secret before storage, making them non-reversible. All data is stored on servers located in the Netherlands. Access to the database is restricted to authorised administrators.
